I’ve been taking things to Cavalier cleaners for close to 30 years! They keep getting better. I work at Signet jewelers and every year I have to take a couple of items to have the metal zipper and buttons taken off and replaced with plastic and they always do an amazing job, and a very reasonable amount of time!

Cavalier has been phenomenal thus far. Great location, friendly staff, and the services they offer are the cherry on top. It’s convenient when you can get alterations and cleaning in the same location at a fair price.

I'm new to Cavalier cleaners and they have been fantastic to work with. Everything is quick and efficient. I love the ability to track the status of my order. It makes it very easy to know where my pieces are in the cleaning process. I was accidentally charged for the wrong order, but they immediately made it right and were incredibly professional. Highly recommend this cleaner.

My blazers and top were crispy clean when I picked them up!! Loved that. Quick turnaround as well which I appreciated. They were kind and offer wonderful service. The welcome kit had a regular sized box of Mike & Ike's!! One, I wasn't expecting that and two, normally something like that would be a trick or treat snack size. My favorite part I noticed when I picked up, is they offer free dry cleaning for those who are down on hard times and have a job interview. Giving back or helping those in need are important to me, so that automatically started them at 10 stars in my book...but I guess the max is 5 :)

Cavalier Cleaners are the new owner’s of Master Cleaners of Berea Ohio. I have enjoyed Master Cleaners and their outstanding services for over 40 years. I just had my first experience with Cavalier’s. This experience was smooth, fast, and friendly. Excellent first impression. I’m definitely looking forward to a long term mutually beneficial relationship. The new owners bring new energy, ideas and advanced communication with their customers. This was my 1st time at Cavalier. I dropped my son’s suit off after he had way too much fun at a wedding . The jacket was stained and the pants had a rip in them. I was shocked that it was ready the next day all stains removed and I couldn’t even find the repair the pants looked new!

Have been a Master customer for years. I knew they were selling their longtime family business. I met the new owners on Saturday and was very impressed. They are also a family owned business that is expanding. Nice people. Looking forward to continued great service. Good luck to Russ and family (including Raybeth and Aunt Mirne). Went to get a few things dry cleaned for the first time and was so impressed!!! They gave me a new customer gift which was so cute and I was pleasantly surprised that my clothes would be ready for pick up the next day! There is also a drive through pick up which is great and I loved that they offer to clean an outfit for free for someone who is unemployed if they have an interview! Such a great place highly recommend!

Cavalier Cleaners are a great company. They are very reliable and dry cleaning is professionally done. It’s so convenient they come to your door to pick up the laundry and return it in a timely manner clean and nicely pressed. They put a new zipper on my jacket. Its just like new again. Beautiful work.
